The registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, a reception on Thursday, April 22, 2004, and a continental breakfast, box lunch, and dinner/dance on Saturday, April 24, 2004. The fee schedule is as follows:

**Registration deadline: April 16, 2004**
Due to the constraints of catering meal guarantees, no meal tickets will be provided to participants who register after April 16, 2004. In addition, no additional guest meal tickets may be purchased after April 16, 2004. Please register prior to April 16, 2004 so you can join in on all the merriment at the Thursday night reception and Saturday night dinner/dance.
